Session Overview
We have received a formal, written complaint for workplace harassment this morning from one of our team members who is claiming that another team member (who is a part of the Senior Leadership team) is making the workplace a hostile environment. She stated that she is in fear of retaliation as a result of her bringing this information forward.
We are a small nonprofit with only 8 employees. This is the first time we're dealing with a formal complaint of this nature and would really appreciate guidance on how to best address the complaint, conduct an investigation (internal or outsource), etc.
