Tutoria is a free online platform connecting seekers of knowledge services with volunteers eager to make a difference.
Volunteers and clients can join our site at https://tutoria.io. They select their interests (English tutoring, US Citizenship, or legal aid) and availability. They then connect with one another via direct message.
Since we launched last year, our community of volunteers and clients has grown tremendously. This has created a need for a Community Management team to manage our relationships with these stakeholders. The CM's would be responsible for:
1) Following up with volunteers and clients who sign up to the platform to help them get matched with one another, if they haven't already done so; and
2) Once volunteers and clients have met, record their feedback about their experience
At the end of the engagement, the consultant will have performed this work for at least 10 pairs of volunteers and clients. This would serve as an operating model for permanent staff once it's brought on board. Why Tutoria?
There is a strong demand from immigrants for education and legal services across the United States, and especially here in NYC. There is also a large supply of volunteers offering to teach such classes. The bottleneck is that connecting immigrants and volunteers is done manually by non-profit staff, who do not have the capacity to provide matching/scheduling services. The consultants will be working closely with Tutoria's leadership. The approach developed by the consultants will serve as an operating model for permanent Tutoria staff, once on-boarded.

Send the below info, and if interested, the nonprofit will select a time for a phone interview. You'll get a confirmation with everything you need to know.
Step 2: Interview
You'll have a 30 minute call to discuss the scope and deliverables of the project directly with Tutoria, Inc., and for them to confirm you're a good fit.
Step 3: Start
Once accepted, you'll be able to get right to work. We will check in with you periodically to make sure you have everything you need.
