Step 1: Apply
Send the below info, and if interested, the nonprofit will select a time for a phone interview. You'll get a confirmation with everything you need to know.
Step 2: Interview

You'll have a 30 minute call to discuss the scope and deliverables of the project directly with Asian Business Association of Los Angeles Inc, and for them to confirm you're a good fit.

Step 3: Start

Once accepted, you'll be able to get right to work. We will check in with you periodically to make sure you have everything you need.

Produce an Employee Handbook for California that has standards to protect both the employee and employer. Not sure if the standards are the same for Non-Profit organization vs small businesses. As a small non-profit organization, having HR standards for our small staff is still very important. While we love the employees and they are dedicated to the mission, having an employee policy in place will minimize any misunderstanding. We hope there are already templates were we can make simple modification to call it our own! Once it's done, we will presented to the Board of Directors for adoption and approval. Meet and have it availalbe for current staff and available for future hire.
