Marketing and advertising coordination

Project Overview

We need a Marketing & Advertising Coordinator who works to improve the visual image and marketing assets of the National Alliance of Research Associates Programs (NARAP) to get attention of potential volunteers and donors, as well as to solicit donations. The marketing activities include creation of infographics, slogans, videos, and development of a media campaign to expose the organization to an outside stakeholder.
Our Research Associates Program focuses to impact the majority of people in the U.S. by helping address their primary health care needs, adding value to their emergency department visit and conducting much needed research. At the same time we provide health care professional students with significant and meaningful patient interactions. Our goal is to connect all emergency departments near colleges and universities in a national network as a tool for clinical research; vehicle for primary health care screening and prevention; and locus to foster the development of future health professionals.
The Marketing Coordinator will help roll out effective marketing strategies to improve our brand image and reach potential stakeholders.

Some responsibilities will include
• Assist in developing visual imagery and graphics for NARAP’s national web site and social media platforms
• Develop infographics to illustrate and create awareness for NARAP’s clinical research studies
• Creatively design and assemble the stories and components that comprise the NARAP Quarterly National Newsletter
• Work closely with members of the NARAP Marketing and Communications Team to collaborate on presentation design and expedite the transition to NARAP’s new corporate logo and color pallet
• Establish and manage the NARAP photo library of high-resolution images
• Assisting Designs and implement marketing and advertising campaigns
• Set up and manage tracking systems for online marketing activities


Nonprofit Overview

Centered in the emergency departments across the country, the National Alliance of Research Associates Programs, Inc. is a non-profit clinical research organization facilitating large scale, national, multi-center studies to increase the quality of health care delivery nationally, especially in the areas of screening and prevention. Our work engages vast numbers of pre-health professional students as data collectors in the studies, providing enhanced clinical opportunities unique to the research setting while teaching the fundamentals of interacting with patients.
