Project Overview

We seek a fundraising expert with at least 5 years of experience - preferably with nonprofit organizations - to assist in:
1) Developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy for the school - working closely with Piano School staff and Board members
2) Helping secure funding from key individuals, businesses and corporations from general support to specific events and programs
3) Assist in organizing and getting support for the year-end fundraiser and the online giving campaign.
4) Assist with grant/foundations research and guide proper applications
We are a relatively new nonprofit - converted from an S corp to 501 C 3 in 2016. We need help with fundraising and planning ahead.
We have had a grant writer, but didn't receive any support. We need a better strategy and planning for the future. We would love to provide free programs to inner city communities.
