Project Overview

We are beginning to approach corporate sponsors for continuing donations. We made a presentation back in December to a good potential but were not ready. They are still interested, but we have to come to them with a more developed plan. We have also contacted our second business, and they have asked us how much the gift should be. We need a plan and a policy that works!
Strategy for Access Foundation NFP produces videos for and about the disability community. We give a voice to those who lack one and our videos paint a picture of how systems change can be made to work for them. We are looking for someone to develop a fundraising plan for corporate sponsors that are becoming aware of our work. We want to be prepared to approach them successfully, and we need a plan. We have tried presentations, (not successfully), poetry and rap songs (better outcome), but we still don't have a good plan or a good ask. We are trying to develop long term relationships! Please help!
We have a preliminary list of potential sponsors and those who should really see the benefits of being a sponsor of ours. We've also made a few attempts to ask and have the records of what happened.
We would have a plan and a consistent approach that we would hope to be successful.
