We would create an online resource center as part of our existing website. Largely, this will be a learning library housing recorded video content. We'd like the ability to host periodic training events that are a hybrid of pre-recorded/live expert Q&A. A smaller piece would be the creation of a platform depicting subject matter experts that clients could schedule one-on-one virtual appointments with. We need to have the ability to show the expert photo/bio and to facilitate online scheduling and session pre-payment. Lastly, we'd like for all of this to be accessible only to individuals who pay the membership for the access. We need to be able to update the content on our own once the architecture has been created.

The online platform will allow us to expand access to the guidance business owners need in times of such great uncertainty. We're already hosting individual business advising sessions virtually. As well, our business coaching tools are web-based so clients can work on their emergency business planning in real-time with us. The new online learning platform will further enhance our ability to help hard-working entrepreneurs fight to keep their businesses alive. It will put in-depth training and critical expertise in their hands, on their schedule.
We have a Director of Operations and Marketing on staff who currently manages our web content who is able to work hand in hand with the volunteers. This project builds on a few things we have been working on over time, including moving our services 100% virtual, as well as engaging a marketing consultant to help us finalize a plan to better reach our target market of women and minority entrepreneurs. Once complete, we plan to incorporate this new feature into that marketing strategy and launch a new membership model to introduce the offering.
