Project Overview

Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer development by means of digital marketing tools and campaigns to promote the programs and services of Climate Action Pathways for Schools (CAPS) through various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate would have excellent written communications and analytical skills. Experience with digital marketing, including knowledge of website analytics, search engine optimization, website design, and email marketing, is preferred.

There is an urgent response needed to battle climate change. Schools provide a connection to every community and a platform from which climate action can take hold and spread. Our focus is to engage students and schools in under-served communities.

We need your support in using digital marketing tools and campaigns to build brand awareness and promote our services to support the development of our project-based climate education programs. We're looking for help to increase outreach and education about our organization’s programs and projects for school districts.

We currently have a public website as well as experience with the management of digital marketing campaigns. We need your support to help expand and drive our digital marketing initiatives. Your efforts will be overseen by the Treasurer of our organization. It will serve as the foundation for increasing public awareness and customer engagement needed to build and scale our nonprofit organization.

Nonprofit Overview

Climate Action Pathways for Schools (CAPS) partners with schools to provide inspiring climate education programs and implement projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while saving money for the school district.

We develop project-based learning programs to prepare students for highly skilled career pathways and help them develop projects that mitigate climate change. At the same time, these projects reduce operating costs for school districts. We aim our climate action program primarily towards under-resourced schools.
