Project Overview
Unique NYC nonprofit seeks 1-2 volunteer consultants to help support a visioning and planning process. Our association, MAA, has a 73 year track record as a leadership forum for some of the world's most exciting nonprofits. Its member organizations are tackling numerous challenges as a result of the global pandemic. MAA will consider the roles it can take in supporting the exchange of ideas and strategies among and between its member organization. To take action, the organization and its leadership are undergoing some strategic thinking and hope to bring external partners on board to participate in this process. The engagement will last 69 weeks with a limited time committment.
Your contribution is vital to our success and you will be an active participant in the planning process. Your role is to ask the seemingly easy and the tough questions that will help embed transparency, accountability, and needed
The executive director is compiling the tools, background information, and scheduling meetings. During the engagement, staff will seek input from board members and other leaders on different aspects of the plan. Major milestones will be presented for feedback to the larger board as completed.
