We are looking for a marketing specialist with experience using Facebook and Instagram Ads to help run a new campaign. We would like to run A/B tets around different key messages with two primary goals: 1) general awareness-building and public education of the link between education access and coffee communities 2) show success stories through E2E's programs as a solution to this global challenge. We need someone to help guide our project team through Ad testing and analyzing metrics. We have a budget of Ad credits to use towards this. Our target audience is the coffee sector (both businesses and consumers). We need strategic guidance to shed light on the problem E2E is solving in coffee communities in a compelling way.
This project will play a critical role in helping E2E diversify its funding portfolio by tapping into one of our core value propositions -- our direct link to coffee communities and knowledge of the challenges facing youth in these areas. We are opening a new discussion in Social Responsibility that is often overshadowed by categories like Fair Trade or Direct Trade. Access to education in rural areas is a topic worthy of bringing to the forefront of any discussion surrounding the sustainability and fairness of the coffee supply chain.
We have a working group within our team dedicated to executing the project. The only thing we are missing is a social media/marketing specialist to help push this forward.
