My organization is finalizing a set of organizational shared values and we are starting the process of framing out an implementation plan for the HR owned elements (rewards & recognition, performance reviews, employer brand/voice) and could use some extra brain power to facilitate our efforts to identify strategies and tactics that work for our organization. I would be looking for guidance and advice on best practices primarily and support in facilitating conversations with key stakeholders to think through operational/system implications.

We would provide the organization's strategic plan, shared values and background on previous efforts. You would advise key internal stakeholders (HR, Internal Communications, Operational leaders) and help shape a framework and draft implementation plan that aligns HR processes with the overarching strategic objectives and values of the organization.
