Project Overview

We would like to develop how we use Salesforce as a CRM system. We hope for a volunteer to work with our Programme Officer to ensure that we're maximising Salesforce to its full potential in volunteer management and impact reporting.
Streamlining our processes will save both time and money for our charity, both of which can then be refocussed to create better work-related programmes and work experience opportunities for the young people that we support.

Our Project Officer has determined how we want to use Salesforce and where we want it to be. We hope to get them to a point where they will be able to provide internal staff training for our delivery team, ensuring that they adopt/maintain its use.
