We are seeking help to do a SWOT analysis as part of creating an overall strategic plan.

We have a great track record of successful theatrical screenings with live music, webcasts & free silent movie presentations in public school 6th, 7th & 8th-grade classes. We are excited about growing these programs and need expert guidance. We have been a nonprofit since April 2019. We purchased our own scanner to create our own digitized versions of rare films, and have been presenting free silent films for a local public school for over a year. We need help assessing our strengths and weaknesses.
