*About Triday
Our first official International Tripawd Awareness Day (aka Triday, 3/3) was held on March 3, 2021. A website and initial press release have been developed. We need help spreading the word among media, notable calendar websites, and the veterinary community.

The Tripawds Foundation was founded with one simple mission: To help amputee pets and their people everywhere! Unfortunately, we are the best-kept secret in the pet care world, and we need help increasing our growing exposure in the veterinary industry. All too often, concerned pet parents find us *after* their beloved dog or cat has had an amputation.

Do you know the ins and outs of helping animal welfare organizations raise public awareness? Want to make a splash in the pet world by cheerleading for the Tripawds Community? Do you have established media contacts? If creating buzz in the press rocks your world, let’s talk! The 501c3 Tripawds Foundation needs a skilled publicist to gain media exposure for various ongoing and upcoming campaigns. This person will help us make connections with notable media outlets and land publication of articles about our organization and programs. We also need to build more connections in the animal welfare world and among the veterinary community.

Help with all or any of these project components is greatly appreciated. The goal for this project is to get articles published about Tripawds and our programs on notable websites and/or magazines, as well as with major veterinary industry news outlets. Regarding our Tripawds Rescue grant program specifically, outreach to established animal rescue organizations with a large following or membership is a big plus. Our primary need is for someone to actively pitch interviews and/or write articles for publication.

Tripawds has developed many media resources and links to previous appearances by the founders. Media sheets are available for Tripawds and the "Be More Dog" book by the founders. The Triday website is nearly complete and will include details about the official Tripawd Awareness.

Tripawds founders Rene Agredano and Jim Nelson are ready to participate in interviews via email, phone, or video conference. All published articles will be promoted and shared via our websites and various social media platforms.
