I need help developing a business plan and pitch deck to better communicate to the creative class and investors. This project has a number of potential revenue streams which would help us stay funded without sole reliance upon self-funding or grants. We want to help creatives build an industry without the financial challenges often encountered.

The Bridge and Tunnel is a 501c3 non-profit, creatives-run exhibition and workspace. The name is a metaphor for means of connecting communities as well as bringing the unseen and unheard into the public view. Our model is based upon a long-term multi-phase approach that will offer space, resources, and community. Currently, we are in phase one and have designed a modular bi-level space, equipped with a kitchen, workrooms, showroom, stage, bar, and backyard, to empower creatives by offering them total control on how to develop and execute an immersive experience of their project unlike those offered under the current gallery business model.

Our goal is to build a space that can operate as part incubator, part showroom and full time community. We want to help entrepreneurs, particularly the downtrodden, to build industry in their vision within our space and with our resources. we cannot do this without the help of experts, volunteers and professionals within the fields of art, marketing, non profits, and vc.I've built a few spaces with tools from my personal finances but I'm a creative with a good idea but not the business mind that can fill in the gaps.
