Project Overview

OLLAA is seeking an experienced volunteer who would like to support a great human rights organization. This person will help oversee existing material expanding or standardized functions of human resources, including recruitment, compensation, staff engagement, performance management, policies and procedures, guides job classifications, performance management, disciplinary actions, health and safety practices, and policies that are compliant with federal, state, and local laws, help edit or develops and implements human resources programs and services that create an equitable and inclusive work environment, foster positive morale, enhance learning and development programs.
Our organization is a human rights organization, fighting for the Oromo people's justice but advocating for the enhancement of our justice systems globally for a more peaceful and honest system that does not oppress its people, but empowers them.
