The goal of this project is to help us identify and reach out to prospective board members that will 1) fit with the culture of our organization and 2) help us achieve our mission.There is a lot of work to be done in our young organization and we need help. You'll be working closely with the Executive Director and will have the opportunity to make a deep impact in our organization.We'll share documentation with company details such as our culture, goals, etc. prior to the beginning of the program. We'll hold an informational meeting to go over basic details and answer any questions you may have. After that, you'll provide your timeline with deliverables.
