We are a small nonprofit organization that empowers young adults with disabilities in our community. Our team is passionate about our mission, but we do not have experience in marketing or public relations. I would love to get a clear plan we can implement to really get our name out into the community and increase our donations. You can learn more about us by visiting our website www.stepstx.org or our social media Facebook- @STEPSTX Instagram @steps_tx or TikTok @steps_txS.T.E.P.S. is a nonprofit organization that empowers young adults with disabilities through vocational training and employment. We are one of the only programs for young adults with disabilities in our area. Our program allows them to gain essential vocational and independent living skills, a sense of purpose, and community inclusion. Far too many young adults spend their days at home following high school due to limited opportunities, and we are working to change that. However, there’s still a lot of work to do. With your help, we can continue our mission and expand our impact. Would you be able to help us by donating your time?Currently, we focus our marketing efforts on social media as we have seen the highest ROI using Instagram/ Facebook. In addition, we send out emails throughout the month with new projects our young adults are creating, promotions, donation requests, volunteer requests, and any updates to our program.
We have about 160 subscribers on our email list with an average open rate of 39.1%
We are planning an in-person workshop and virtual workshop to demonstrate the need for our program and programs like ours for adults with disabilities.
We will follow your recommendations and instructions in order to get our name out into the community.
