Project Overview

Since 2020, The Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI) has grown from partnering with two universities and a dozen mentorships to more than 40 partnerships and 2,300 students served. To improve organizational efficiency and serve more students, we seek a volunteer to help us develop and launch a MS Dynamics CRM to replace our reliance on MS Excel.

GMI staff with knowledge and familiarity of MS Dynamics implementations will support the volunteer’s efforts. Our CRM Solution is partially developed on CRM Dynamics Sales Enterprise, Dataverse, Model Driven App + Canvas App, BI integration for Data, Forms Survey Integration utilizing Power Apps to integrate and flow data. We are 75% complete with our Data Model, 50% complete with the layout of the CRM application and functionality, and 50% complete with the Power Automate flows, but need help to complete the development and integration of the current solution and ensure ease of support, sustainability. Our ideal project candidate will have extensive experience on Microsoft platforms, able to evaluate our progress thus far, provide guidance on how certain integrations could/should be approached, and contribute to key tasks necessary to be successful. We look forward to meeting you, and with your help serving more students!
