An integrated marketing plan to assist the organization in engaging its various constituents and to support a $1m fundraising goal. I am seeking assistance and putting together an integrated marketing strategy to support our growth plans and implementation of a $1m fundraising goal inclusive of postcards, brochures, fact sheets, flyers, social media strategy etc.) to be launched January a, 2019-December 31, 2019. Elevate - New York is a nine-year old organization on the brink of celebrity or chaos. Over the past nine years, the organization has been administered by Founder and Chief Mentor Kevin Singleton who has a history of experience and expertise in youth development - but little or not Executive or Administrative experience. Thus, the organization has managed to develop some marketing tools. In order for the organization to grow from a now four-person team with a new Executive Director, Kevin Singleton and two teacher/mentors a realistic, but robust marketing plan must be designed and implemented. As the newly hired Executive Director, I bring to the organization a background of more than 14 years of previous nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience. However, having accepted the role in the 4th quarter, I am challenged with having to overhaul almost of the organization's existing business practices including its board development, fundraising, operations and programs.I have an old 2016 business plan in a pdf. I have a revised logo. I have templates of docs that can be used for marketing purposes. I have already established social media platforms (i.e. facebook, twitter, linked in, instagram, etc.) and am open to others like You Tube, etc. I need someone to help take this project off of my hands and come up with a compelling strategy
