Compensation structure and how to guide
We are seeking a professional that can help in developing an internal compensation analysis that includes simple scales and ranges for our program positions (4 roles). This includes a how to guide that focuses on promotions, equity and overall bumps in salary. The analysis and how to guide will focus on balancing internal equity and possibly establishing a larger pay range based on qualifications etc. Are you a Finance or Human Resources Professional that has experience in compensation? If so, we are seeking your help! We recently had a good bit of growth and we need to establish a simple, yet solid internal compensation structure. Our structure is a bit compressed and we would love your expertise in developing a new structure, processes and how to guide.. We need an upgrade to what we currently use. We currently have a scale and have made decisions to implement a step program along with a merit based system.
