Project need

We are in need of a Project Manager for Grants as a virtual volunteer position that reports to the Fundraising Project Manager. The P.M. of Grants will be responsible for managing, coordinating and improving on aspects of grant work (grant writing teams, grant research teams, analysts, proofreaders) while working under Fundraising P.M.s and with Project Managers from other core functions in order to realize the Fundraising goals of the organization.

Holds grant teams responsible for grant work
Evaluates grant work and deals with feedback to optimize results
Onboards, manages and engages grant team members
Leads grant team meetings to coordinate grant writing, researching efforts and take feedback
Partners with Marketing, H.R. and other core teams to advance fundraising goals
Perform other duties as assigned Skilled and experienced volunteers for this position can look to help our mission in a critical area: Grant work. Such initiatives help fulfill our mission along with the contributions of around 80 volunteers in different areas, whom volunteers for this position can look forward to working with in a professional atmosphere while gaining experience in Project Management and Grant work, all for a good cause. We have an overall Fundraising plan, a list of grant-makers and a library that will be helpful, and are building our Fundraising and Grants teams.
