Marketing for recruitment effort
We would like to develop a strategic recruitment marketing plan for JVS SoCal's WoMentoring program. This would include research, strategic insights, and planning for a measurable marketing plan to reach our audience and provide a compelling call to action. JVS SoCal has created specialized workforce development programs to empower women to achieve their career goals. One such program is WoMentoring - a mentoring program that pairs women in career crisis or transition with Mentors that are experienced, subject matter experts. The problem we are currently facing is that we have more Mentors than Mentees. We don't want to lose our Mentors and need a solid marketing plan to reach Mentees where they receive their information, and compel them to sign up for this free and impactful program. We have compiled research and segmented the industries associated with our Mentors. We have a marketing team ready to go. And we have a small budget provided by our women's donor group, the Women's Leadership Network. We also have a Google Ads budget.
