BECA is close to hitting its 20th anniversary and still has a board that in many ways, operates as a working board and not a governing board. I need to help my board members identify new board members who are able to be effective ambassadors for a governing board. We are truly at a crossroads and need to do this now to ensure the long-sustainability and fiscal health of the organization.
