Session Overview
We selected Board Development as our category because that is something we are actively working on but we have other needs too! We started in 1975 but we have become rather stagnant the last few years in terms of a donor base, an active board, and figuring out how to adeptly communicate ourselves to new audiences. Our name translates in Spanish to “a new beginning.” At Amanecer, we are committed to creating new beginnings for LA’s most marginalized residents.
