Opportunity to garner more grants (big % of our funding) if we improve our messaging, think outside of the box. We’re a family and there’s so much positive work happening, that public has not seen. Something I believe is crucial is to create an "elevator pitch" video for our org. The faces and voices of our clients and staff tell the story of the Irene Wortham Center.
Nonprofit Overview
Helping children and adults with developmental and socioeconomic challenges live more independent, happy, healthy, and full lives. Depending on the unique circumstance of each individual, we provide different services including 24/7 residential housing, an Early Learning Center for children 0-6 years old, an Adult Day Activity center, and Supported Employment, and Community Networking programs.
