Session Overview

Looking for guidance on categorizing temporary staff as exempt, or non-exempt. We hire professional teachers as Instructional Coaches during the summer to support
our Teaching Fellows, college-age students who teach our middle school students. They do not directly teach, but coach/ provide feedback to our TF’s. Wages are $25 per hr for a 30-hr week.We know of seasonal establishment exception.
