I am looking for consultation around two new financial reports my outsourced finance team has provided: cash flow analysis and break-even analysis. These are new reports to me and I would like more coaching around how to effectively understand and utilize them for decision-making. I do not currently have a CFO on staff and required that analytical skill set with these reports. The volunteer would be provided the monthly reports generated by my accounting firm, but might also be able to suggests refinements or changes in the design of these tools.
