We are in the process of searching for an active (volunteer) Board Treasurer and would like input from a consultant to review our job description and any suggestions to consider during our search. We have not been successful on LinkedIn, mainly due to candidates having little or no experience with nonprofits or responding to the volunteer opportunity when they are looking for paid work.
