We would like help to create a donor persona and stakeholder research. We have a large CRM system that it is stillness and would like to generate multiple personas and how to properly prospect them and continue to include them in our mission and ways to uniquely thank them for their continuous support.

we currently have board members call donors from a certain level and we send everyone a thank you card. We have an idea of the type of donors who support us but we have not develop a persona for them. We would need help evaluating and create a better donor retention plan as well as expanding our current recurring donor segment.
