We desperately need to hire a Payroll and Accounting Specialist and are on a very tight deadline for our audit. We cannot afford to hire someone who is not capable of doing the job really well. I am looking for suggestions/tools to really vet candidates to get the right person for this job. The position requires a very detail oriented person who is a quick learner, willing to follow instructions and keep things neat and tidy for all things finance.
