We're a young organization, in need of a pro to guide us through our first strategic plan. This will also involve initial stakeholder interviews to gather an objective evaluation of where we are today, our strengths, weaknesses. This data will help guide our planning, messaging, and strategic process. We would like to request working with Jong Hahn, our contact for the SWOT analysis session.
