We are a small organization that is considering various options for benefits. We could use an orientation around the development of a benefits package, including typical offerings for organizations of various sizes and budgets, and what the book keeping/tax implications are for offering a benefits package. I have created a draft spreadsheet to estimate how various benefits would influence our budget and it could be helpful to review that as well.
