Session Overview
We have volunteer instructors who teach our classes. They have been volunteering to teach our classes for about 7 months. We hope to be able to pay them as independent contractors in the near future, but we need help with our independent consultant contract. Especially since we expect to receive some grants in the next couple of weeks. We have a draft based on another agency's contract but not a complete contract. We would like someone to review it and give us suggestions.

Nonprofit Overview
We are a group of wholeness facilitators promoting healthy lifestyles to the community at large through no or low-cost wellness activities and events.
It is our goal to empower and inspire people to live healthy and active lifestyles.
This is primarily achieved by providing dance and fitness classes, nutrition and wellness activities, as well as entrepreneurial and economic development opportunities to various communities including those that are underserved. Our classes include Zumba, Salsa, Dance Fitness, Strength training, Soul Line Dance Fitness, Walking Groups, and Mountain Hiking. We are passionate about introducing people from urban communities to the health benefits outdoor nature provides.
