We are seeking an expert to help us create and write our first time nonprofit annual report for our stakeholders.

We have tracked our impact from the 2021 fiscal year but have never published an annual report and wish to do so.

Our goal is to complete and publish an annual report on our website and have it ready to send out electronically by March 2022.
2021 Final Outcomes

Ten acres were s planted in 2021. Our total yield was 131,632 pounds.

Using USDA and national Feeding America standard factors of 1.2 lbs. per meal (19.2 oz.) and each meal comprised of 25% vegetables (4.8 oz. per meal),131,632 bs. of fresh produce X 16 oz. per pound ÷ 4.8 oz. per meal ÷ 4 meals per person served at least 109,693 unduplicated individuals in 2021. The number of individual servings of fresh produce was 438,773.

86 volunteers plus board members participated in the daily operation of the farm.

2439.5 total hours of in-kind volunteer time were donated.
