Session Overview
We need to identify ways of generating income by renting out space in our historic facility. That income will eventually support the programs we offer to the community.
Currently, our income is derived mostly from city and state grants. However, due to the size of this building, operating costs are extremely high.
We'd also like to find ways to reduce overall costs and increase income so that our 154-year-old organization can move from merely surviving to truly thriving.
In the future, we hope to receive guidance on ways to improve our marketing, since we are off the beaten path.
