Session Overview
I would like to discuss the H1B Visa Process. I am a Director of HR and have never had to go through the full process. I have a limited understanding of the process as it pertains to the employer and the employee.

NYHRE | WHCP’s mission is to significantly improve the health and quality of life of people who use drugs by creating relevant supports and services. The Organization strives to care for the entire person. We deliver services without judgment recognizing that individuals have the right to:
• be treated with dignity and respect
• have access to health care
• be given the space to work on their own goals.
We seek to combat stigma and invite people who use drugs to participate meaningfully in society, instead of pushing them to the margin. People who use drugs are leaders of this work. We not only employ people who use drugs, but we also center their voices when developing policy and programming.
