Hi, none of the options described the help I am looking for. I run a non-profit however we r in its infancy stage. No board volunteers or support. I need a general session with an expert that can help me get organized by teaching how to build a team. For ex I hired a virtual assistant but I dont know what type of things I can give her to do for me. I know it sounds silly but because I dont know what how a non-profit is ran behind the scenes, I have no clue what to expect from her. I am overwhelmed and am hoping an hour session of direction can help. I'd also like to know what projects I can have the Taproot volunteers do for me. Thx!
