We are a team of a couple people who serve as the "officers", and are working on developing the nonprofit. We have several programs that are picking up attention and being implemented- but our foundation is missing things. I need someone to help me understand how to structure finances so any incoming money doesn't cause problems. I need to figure out how to plan for seed money so we can support buying software and develop a board of directors and I don't know where to start. I have all the financial templates and I know how to plan programs, but I'm missing some key steps.
