Session Overview
We have never had a formal marketing plan and would like to consult an experienced consultant as we create one for our next fiscal year (July 2022-June 2023), to be implemented by our Communications Manager and other staff. We're looking for guidance in clarifying the following:
-our marketing goals
-our market strategy and voice
-our target audience(s), including but not limited to LGBTQ+ youth
-what market research to conduct, and how
-best channels and tactics for us to focus on
-setting a marketing budget
The completed plan will include how to implement the recommended strategies, a timeline, and what talent and skills will be necessary, including how to empower the Communications Manager and OUTWORDS staff to carry it out.
