I am the new CEO Global Lyme Alliance, a national based (small) organization that needs to create a diversified strategic development plan as well as a strategic research development plan in order to achieve our goals. I come from a much larger organization with well established diversified fundraising and what I know from my previous organization doesn't directly apply to what this organization needs. Outside guidance from unbiased professionals would be a wonderful gift to our mission and the constituents that we serve.
