I am the founder/CEO of an established CA 501c3. It has been mostly dormant for the past decade, but we recently changed our articles of incorporation to include animal welfare. I am starting a project in Bangkok, Thailand to help non-owned street cats. We have been building out our local infrastructure and processes and have helped hundreds of cats during the past 2 years. We are currently negotiating our first grant with an international NGO.

I need help in planning for the coming year to ensure we create a follow a realistic fundraising and growth plan. I have limited experience in fundraising.
