As a small company, we have mostly created our Human Resources systems in an unorganized way. As a result, our dropout rate is pretty high. I want to find a new way to restructure Human Resources so that we may have more active involvement from our team members and reach more engaged volunteers. Hopefully, we can end up with a new mentality to lead our individual teams or ways to structure our projects and teamwork in general to produce more productive workers that feel like their work is valuable.
