Our election protection organization has developed an election verification program that we'd like to sell on a fee-for-service basis. We're looking for help understanding what would be involved. Our questions include: how to assess the need for this service; how to determine which category of stakeholders would be best customers (election departments, political parties, or candidates); how to determine pricing; how to market the service; what else will we need to know that we might not yet be asking.
