Session Overview
Adapt Peacebuilding is a small non-profit supporting global communities, partners and funders. With a very small team juggling many priorities, we are looking for a non-profit business and leadership coach for guidance around strategic approaches/ planning to help ensure our sustainability, while establishing the groundwork for scalability. We currently rely heavily on short-term grants for programs, consultancies, and fee-for-service trainings.
Nonprofit Overview
Adapt Peacebuilding supports governments, non-profit organisations, and citizen-led efforts to resolve violent conflict and improve the lives of people in various countries that are affected by it. We work towards a less violent world by implementing our own programs in global conflict zones, which foster constructive dialog and collaborative action across conflict divides. We partner with leading global organisations and advise them on strategies and methods to achieve and measure greater peacebuilding impact. We provide state-of-the-art adult education in conflict resolution to enable smarter peacebuilding professionals, regardless of their privilege or countries of origin.
