Session Overview

EECRC established since 2017 by Volunteers and in a very small capacity and the board members were not chosen as expected. The Organization really grows fast not the board engagement. So I feel it is now the time ( may be little late too ) to strengthen the board Structure, member and participation. So I really need expertise on that.
Hope you give me hand to solve the challenges we have.
