About the Opportunity

I would like a skilled volunteer to assist in going over our personnel policies and benefits package--pretty much a complete overhaul of the current policies/package and advice (and help writing) on if we need further policies/packages in place.

U.S. Catholic Sisters Against Human Trafficking is a national organization representing thousands of members across the nation with one goal in mind: the eradication of human trafficking in our world. USCSAHT is the U.S. member of Talitha Kum, an international organization with the same goal.

We have reviewed the current policies and packages at the Board of Directors level and found them wanting. I have many ideas about the new policies, but need professional assistance.
