HR Policies and Compliance Audit

We are requesting a skilled HR professional to assist us in reviewing our existing HR policies and to suggest improvements in compliance and structure. We are also seeking an HR professional to assist us in creating a compliant job application form and to review our existing job descriptions and suggest revisions if necessary.

Jazz Hands For Autism is growing in size and scope. We are getting more students, and with more students, we need to hire more staff as well as recruit more interns and volunteers. We need a way to make sure that as we progress into the future, that we are providing competitive benefits, in order to attract and retain quality staff. In addition, as we grow, HR compliance becomes increasingly important, therefore, we need to protect our mission from potential litigation by being proactive and ensuring our processes and policies are compliant. Assistance from a Taproot Plus volunteer would really help us make our staff recruitment process more streamlined, which would free up time for us to focus on other needs within the organization

We currently recruit staff via online job portals. Additionally, thus far we have organized our job descriptions, and we have organized all policies into folders to make them easy for review. We also have an outline of the information we would require in our job application
