Salesforce Migration and Set-Up

We were given access to Salesforce due to the Power of US Grant. Wahoo! We need help organizing Salesforce to make it make sense for us. For example, leads, donors, volunteers, partners, etc. If someone has the expertise on CRM and IT integration from SquareSpace, this would be amazing.

Project deliverables:
-Data migration from current CRM to Salesforce
-Salesforce optimization
-Staff support in navigating Salesforce during implementation

This project will not include:
-Ongoing IT support

Project Goals:
-Seamless Data Migration: Help us transition from our current system to Salesforce CRM, ensuring all data is accurately and securely migrated.
-Custom Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet our specific needs, including setting up dashboards, reports, and automation to streamline our processes.
-User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for our staff to maximize their use of the new system.
-Implementation Support: Provide troubleshooting and support during the initial phases of the integration to ensure a smooth transition.
