Google and Facebook analytics assistance
This is a short-term project requesting assistance in using Google and Facebook analytics to determine the success of a recent marketing campaign in driving new users to our website and increasing engagement. We are also hoping for insights into what did/did not work to develop future marketing strategies. Elderabuse.org was recently featured on a week-long NPR Marketplace Special report. We received marketing strategy assistance through Taproot which we believe was successful. With our limited abilities to use Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics, we believe this marketing push led to increased web traffic to our site and increased Facebook engagement. We'd like to work with someone with greater expertise in using these tools to determine the level of success and strategy for future marketing plans. We have at the ready Google analytics and Facebook analytics set up and we have done preliminary data pulls. We also have a list of questions about the previous marketing push we would like to look into and goals for future engagement.
We respect the rights and dignity of older adults and are committed to end the shameful societal failures that lead to their abuse, neglect and exploitation. We are committed to urgent action through evidence-based solutions and by harnessing innovation, knowledge and expertise. We’re determined to work collaboratively to ensure that every victim of elder abuse has timely access to quality care and intervention.
